Tools for the front counter, built into Tekmetric.

The AxleOS browser extension adds two things to the pages you already work in: click-to-call — phone any customer without leaving Tekmetric — and CoreDiag, AI diagnostic suggestions that read the repair order in front of you, cross-reference government recall and service bulletin data, and return ranked suggestions in 15 to 30 seconds. No separate app; sign in once with your Microsoft work account.

Start here

  • Calling customers — the dialer: calling from a repair order, searching by name, the dialpad, right-click-to-call, and picking which shop phone rings you.
  • Using CoreDiag — running a diagnosis, reading the results, and writing them back to Tekmetric.
  • Troubleshooting — if a button doesn't appear or something isn't working.
